My approach blends adult learning principles, human centered design, and play based methods such as LEGO® Serious Play®. Whether I’m facilitating a strategy session, designing a learning program, or supporting a team through change, my goal is always the same: create environments where people feel safe to contribute, explore ideas, and grow.
